Have You Heard of the “A.C.T.” Method?
Have you heard of the “A.C.T.” method? If not, I’m excited to share this useful task management strategy with you today.
Today I want to teach you about the acronym “A.C.T” and how it will be greatly beneficial to you in the future whether you’re attending a seminar, taking a class, or you just have a long to-do list to complete at home.
I recently learned about “A.C.T.” and how keeping this acronym in mind can really help. Here’s how you can use it to split your tasks into three distinct categories:
“A” stands for action. These are items that you and only you can handle.
“C” stands for change. This is something on your list that requires change. Maybe it’s a system that needs to change or a behavior that you want to start reinforcing in your family.
“T” stands for train. This is what you’re going to delegate to other people on your team or in your family. Maybe it’s something your child needs to learn or something that you need an employee to train on.
The next time you have a to-do list or a long list of action items, remember “A.C.T.” If you have any other questions about this method in the meantime or about the Atlanta real estate market in general, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email today. I would love to hear from you soon.
